Thing or two about Shingouz

If you want to bookmark a certain sector use URL like a http://shingouz.fr4nk.org/Orion/Retho
The name of the universe and the sector is case sensitive. So type the name as it is in the combo boxes.

Buildings view
From this view you'll see all the buildings of the sector you've selected. The columns are pretty much self explanatory but here's two which may not be so easy to understand.
  Visited
  Time in ticks when the building were last visited
  Status
  This column presents the status of a buildings upkeep stock as it were when it was last visited.
  If status is < 50 and > 25 background is orange. Below 25 the background is red. Status of the
  commodity which has the lowest percentage is shown.

By clicking the name of the buildings reveals detailed view of buildings upkeep stock and products it may have.

Commodities view
The second view can be used to look for the sectors commodities. How much each of the resource is available and how much is required. Click the the name of the commodity and you'll have a list of buildings which are in need of the resource and those whose are producing it.
The Visited and Status columns the same as described above. From the Amount column you'll see is how much the building is lacking the resource. Or how much the building has the product ready for sell.

Totals view
From this view you can easily find out how much e.g. the smelters in your sector needs upkeep resources and how much metal those have in stock. Clicking the building name gives you the totals.

Extension
The Firefox extension can be installed from here. After installation log back in to the game and you'll see a Shingouz-logo at the top right of the screen. Clicking the link the Shingouz web-page opens to the sector you're at. From extensions options you can define a keys for a sector. For more information see Sector keys below.

The extension can also save you movements to a CSV file if you like. One file per universe. This can be also enabled from the options by tapping the corresponding check box and typing the name of the CSV file. In Windows environment the file is stored to: C:\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\ShingouzData folder.

Sector keys
If you and your alliance has a nook somewhere and you don't want to share the location and number of buildings or MOs with all the other players you and your alliance can use an unique sector key. You can get the key code from here. CTRL-C the key and open the extensions properties. Type the name of the universe, sector and key to the list separated by pipes. i.e.:
Artemis|Miayack|[paste the key here]

If you have two (or more) sectors you don't want to other to see the format is:
Artemis|Miayack|sector key|Pegasus|PI 4-669|an another sector key|etc..

The keys does not have to be the same.

Now when you want to see the sectors information go to the sector in game and click the Shingouz image top right or type http://shingouz.fr4nk.org/Universum/Sector/SectorKey to the browser. Note that the background of the universe and the sector select boxes turns to red when the key is in use.

Do NOT use the sector keys just for fun. If you set the key to a sector which does not have nook or anything else "secret" it will affect to all the other Shingouz users. They can't see your visits in the buildings.
